The last date of proposing talks is 29th June, so HURRY UP!!

Schedule

We have some community events on the days before and after PravConf. These are more informally organised and focused on working on Prav related tasks.

  • Prav Mini Meeting (2 - 3 July): Mini Meetings are when Prav community members happen to be in the same city, and meet up to work together on Prav related tasks. This time, we will be working on preparations for PravConf itself. If you want to volunteer to help organise PravConf, this is a good way to meet us in person and get started. Location: we will collaborate and decide on a cafe or other public space to meet

  • PravConf (4 - 5 July): This is the main conference track with scheduled talks and events. You can register for PravConf here. Location: St. Thomas Institute for Science and Technology, Kazhakkoottam, Thiruvananthapuram

  • PravCamp (6 - 7 July): PravCamp is essentially a space for volunteers to sit together and complete Prav related work—be it design, outreach, fundraising, sysadmin, or anything else. This is a good chance for new volunteers to start work surrounded by people who can show them the ropes.

The full 6 days will go as follows:

DateTimeSession Description
July 2TBDPrav Mini Meeting
July 3TBDPrav Mini Meeting
July 409:30 - 05:00PravConf Day 1 Schedule
July 509:30 - 05:00PravConf Day 2 Schedule
July 6TBDPravCamp at CET
July 7TBDPravCamp at CET

The Prav Mini Meeting and PravCamp are aimed at people wanting to be more involved in Prav than simply attending a conference. Everyone is welcome to attend, but you need to join the Codema community that we use for collaboration. To do this, you can create an account at codema.in and then request to join the Prav group there.
